Never Had This Place . Tried It Out And Was Pretty Good . I’m From Texas And This Spot Didn’t Disappoint. Wings And Onion Rings Were By Far Best I’ve Had In A Long Time ! I Want To Shout Out Jocelyn The Team Member And The Crew Back There . Food Was Fresh ! Service Was Fast . And Attitudes Were Positive!! They Had Great Music Playing And Made Sure Pur Experience Was Awesome! Will Definitely Be Back ! And Give Those Workers A Raise They Deserve It !! We Need More People Like That Leading These Joints !!

2/1/2019 update This is very consistent and has become the #1 go to for our burger cravings... recently paid 30 at small batch for a fancy burger.... skip it - - COME HERE -BOTH BURGER AND FRIES ARE BETTER THAN A NETWORK CELEBRITY CHEF'S and... i started my own rating system hearts out of 5 5/17 update Our second time here and was just as good. Place was clean and friendly on Saturday lunch service. These days you have to expect to pay for this kind quality/service. I would like to give 5 stars.... h/e i haven't tried their dogs yet... and looking forward to my next visit! 3/17 All in all a good spot for a quick burger. Fries were great too - beer hit the spot. Unlike other reviews - we had fast service and the place was clean.... for lunch on Saturday I'd say that's pretty good indication of what to expect. Way better than Shake Shack. Can't wait to eat here again.

This place is great at making burgers! I don't like pickles, so I'm very happy they have the THE CEO burger which comes without any pickles, and it tastes fantastic! The fries are on the sweeter side, with a texture somewhat like sweet potato fries... whether you like that or not is subjective. However, I don't understand why most of the tables and chairs are made of metal... I was wearing shorts in the air-conditioned room and got a shock from the cold when I sat down. There are also easy-to-clean plastic chairs available, so I don't understand why this place prefers metal furniture.

Restaurant always seems kinda greasy, a little dirty, service could be better. Food is really good, but is expensive. They literally bribe you into rating them 5 stars by offering you a free meal up to 30 if you do so... so I’d say the ratings on here are not what they should be based on that alone. They also have a sign outside saying they allow service animals but all other “pets” are not allowed. Hmmmm.

The atmosphere at this location is amazing! The staff is super friendly and it feels like home. We were greeted and taken our order by Jocelyn. She was super sweet, charismatic and very helpful. The food is delicious which makes the experience complete. If you are vegan or vegetarian they have plenty of delicious burger option

This nice burger place has a robust menu of burgers, veggie options and chicken as well. There tables outside and it is very clean. The staff are professional and efficient. You wont be sorry to pass up other restaurants and eat here

I love BurgerFi! The food is made fresh and delicious. All the staffs are friendly and warm and smile all the time it makes you feel like you're greeted and served by your own family. The onion ring is to die for, one of the best I've ever had. Definitely my top burger place so far!

The best burgers I've had in years. The quality and taste was magnificent. Very well seasoned and customer service was great. My husband wants to go back when we get the burger cravings. Nice sauce too. Worth the drive from queens. We will be back
